I have a Masters and Ph.D. in Education. I also hold certificates in Graphic Design from the University of Colorado at Boulder and E-Course Development from Southern New Hampshire University. Additionally, I hold certificates in Project Management and International Development Program Management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies.

Work Experience

I have worked as an instructional designer for more than 10 years. I have mastered e-learning planning and course design, instructor-led trainings, webinars and job aides, developing and managing LMSs and websites, and creating marketing materials.. I also have experience in creating animated videos and gamified learning experiences.

I have experience developing and leading instructional design projects from end to end. From conducting needs analysis through data collection and analysis using Power-Bi, stakeholders and SMEs to storyboarding, scripting, design, development, and materials creation, I am highly skilled at leading projects and managing teams to complete projects on time and on budget.
